Our Process

Once you initiate a search with Mindful Nanny Care, we contact you for an intake call where we hear all about your needs, your wants, and your must-haves. Next, we get a feel for your parenting style and start our search to find you the perfect mindful nanny. Within a few days, we present several pre-vetted nannies within our network.

Upon your selection, we set up interviews for you to meet with these prospective candidates in person or virtually, depending on your preference. Once a candidate is selected, we perform in-depth background checks, DMV record checks, and social media reviews. We also call references and provide feedback from former employers or offer the referral contact information if you prefer to call yourself.
